Terms of Service

Welcome to SJM Labs ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SJM Voice Intelligence Engine and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SJM Labs provides AI-driven telecommunications automation, including but not limited to voice agents, appointment setting systems, and CRM integrations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations.

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during the configuration phase.
• Obtain all necessary consents from your customers to be contacted by an AI voice agent, in compliance with local telecommunications laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service for harassment, spam, or fraudulent activities.

3. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies. While we strive for high accuracy:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: The AI may occasionally produce incorrect responses or "hallucinations." You acknowledge that SJM Labs is not liable for errors made by the AI agent during conversations with your clients.
• Human Oversight: We recommend periodic human review of the AI's interactions. The Service is a tool to assist, not replace, human judgment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparency regarding our billing structure. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

1. Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

The "Initial Configuration & Setup Fee" (typically $1,200 - $1,500) covers the immediate costs of provisioning phone numbers, engineering your custom prompts, and reserving server capacity. Therefore, the Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable once the payment is processed. By clicking "Start Subscription," you explicitly acknowledge and waive your right to a refund on the Setup Fee.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

The Monthly Subscription Fee ($299/mo) pays for the ongoing maintenance, server uptime, and API usage.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must notify us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
• No Proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critical. This policy outlines how we handle data collected via the SJM Voice Intelligence Engine.

1. Data Collection

We collect the following information:

• Business Data: Information you provide to train the AI (FAQs, pricing, calendars).
• Usage Data: Call logs, transcripts, and recordings processed by the Service.
• Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

2. Data Usage

We use your data solely to:

• Configure and improve the performance of your specific AI agent.
• Process billing and payments.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
